商品のお届け時期

代金のお支払い確定後、5日以内に発送いたします。

後払い決済の場合は、ご注文確定後5日以内に発送いたします。

海外への発送については、国内の指定倉庫を経由するため、通常よりお届けまでに時間がかかります。

Orders will be shipped within 5 days after payment confirmation.

For orders using a deferred payment method, items will be shipped within 5 days after order confirmation.

International orders are shipped through a designated forwarding warehouse in Japan. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

返品について

返品・交換について

商品に欠陥や初期不良がある場合を除き、お客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。

商品到着後は速やかに商品の状態をご確認ください。

初期不良や輸送中の破損があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内を目安に、商品の状態が分かる写真を添えてお問い合わせください。

不具合の内容を確認のうえ、修理・交換など、適切な対応方法をご案内いたします。

初期不良または商品に欠陥があることが確認された場合、当店が承認した返送方法による合理的な返送料は当店が負担いたします。

返品・交換をご希望の場合は、返送前に必ず当店までご連絡ください。

なお、本規定は法令上認められるお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。



Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges for customer convenience are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If you discover an initial defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, where possible, and provide photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing the situation, we will advise you on an appropriate resolution, such as repair or replacement.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, CYANIST will cover reasonable return shipping costs using a return method approved by our store.
